CranioSacral Therapy
is for Every Body!
Whether you seek help because of stress, pain, injury, traumatic experience, or otherwise, this gentle, hands-on approach to healing restores harmony. Your blockages may be from recent experience or many years in the making. Either way, Free Flow CranioSacral Therapy is here to help you to be free of limitations.
CranioSacral techniques primarily restore the freedom of the bones, membranes, and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. This Central Nervous System is the command center for your entire body, and compensates daily for the stress and strain of modern life, adapting the best that it can. However, without being given adequate release, structural and chemical tensions build in the Central Nervous System. These distortions affect the health of the entire body, and are the root cause of much disease.
Fortunately, these obstructions can be felt and corrected with CranioSacral touch. With sensitive skill and attention, this touch restores healthy motion and rhythm to the body. In doing so, the body is empowered to return to a natural state of well-being.
During a session, profound changes occur as your body becomes deeply relaxed. In this state, you may enter into meditative awareness that gives you surprising insights. Breakthroughs in the physical body are often aligned with emotional transformations and mental realizations. CranioSacral Therapy might change more that just your physical well-being. It can change your connection with life.

What A Treatment Might Include
A wide range of techniques in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) are used to open flow for all parts and systems of your amazing body. With my hands to guide the way, your body follows with it’s natural intelligence.
There are a vast array of gentle hand placements all around the head and neck (Cranio), as well as holds to release the sacrum area at the base of the spine (Sacral). These primary techniques are what CST is best known for, to restore healthy, free motion in the body: to the membranes and fluid, as well as bones, nerves, fascia, and muscles, directly around and near the brain and spinal cord.
These core techniques are just the beginning. To further open up central flow in the body, it is necessary to release other gateways found at the abdomen, chest, and throat areas. Focus may also be extended to unwinding the legs and feet, and arms and hands.
I also encourage inner mouth release if you who have noticeable mouth, jaw, and vocal tension. Most people hold unaddressed stress and trauma in the mouth, which I approach with gentle care and gloved hands for your comfort and safety.
I often give treatment without talking, to promote a deeply receptive atmosphere that is beyond words. However, it is also profound to give voice to the body at times, which I will facilitate with spontaneous guidance. Beginning a conversation with your body in a relaxed, subconscious awareness is a powerful way to access the deeper roots of trauma.
